Join the fun, and learn the basics of Stand Up Paddleboarding. This class is designed to not only teach you the correct SUP stroke techniques, but to give you an overview of water safety and the SUP equipment itself, so you can be out on your own after just one lesson!

We are currently offering private classes as well as a few series of outdoor group classes. While some classes may be targeted to a certain level, modifications are always shown to accommodate the less or more experienced yogis.
